1) MGK tries to have Corey do a feature on his album.
2) Corey writes his verses and submits them.
3) MGK tells Travis Barker they should rework what was given.
4) Barker reaches out to Corey about it.
5) Corey doesn't want his work rewritten and politely tell Travis that maybe he isn't the man for the job, and steps aside.
6) Corey wishes Travis and MGK good luck with the project.
7) MGK bitches up and disses Corey and the band, and basically lied about the whole situation.
8) Corey goes on record with all the texts and proves MGK is full of shit.

Now could Corey have been more accommodating seeing as it's MGK's album? Yes. Then again does Corey have years in the game and the weight to feel his material doesn't need to be rewritten by some noob comparatively speaking? Also yes.
