The illegal knee with Khabib on top was a clear and obvious point deduction. Easy call and Herb can't say that there was no real impact or advantage gained. Grabbing the shorts happened so many times I could not understand why no warnings to be followed by a point deduction. Herb did a piss poor job reffing this fight.
