The CCTV footage doesn't prove fuck all.

Many rape victims act in surprising ways after the fact, for a whole complex load of reasons, like not processing the event, not wanting to (hence, she did later and was a fkn wreck in front of her mother, curled in a ball crying), pretending it didn't happen or that they're in control sitll, all sorts of shit...

She was drunk af and had been sniffing coke. The fact that her behaviour on cam afterwards doesn't match how you or anyone thinks she should be acting means fuck all, and doesn't prove or mean Conor's version of events are true at all.

So in that case, do you believe she violently rammed the tampon up herself, choked and bruised herself (or just had 'rough sex'), broke down in front of her family, quit her job and paid for counselling? All to pursue, not money, but criminal charges... invented criminal charges against the man she said did it and who's DNA was in/on her?. Only pursuing civil after the shitty DPP delined to prosecute.

He also had another attempted rape accusation right after/around this time. AND Irish police at the time of report said he and his crew have had previous accusations against them, known to them at the time, of this kind of thing. So you think that's just all coincidence?,

OK just bare with me. She was all over Conor. She went out of her way to sleep with him. She initiated sex and did indeed follow him into the bedroom etc

The second she leaves that hotel and ends up in a hospital bruised and in distress with a tampon stuck inside her and this isn't a "story" it's verifiable and confirmed by medics, guards etc There's even CCTV of her in the ambulance that supports her case. She could of been the biggest ho in Ireland but it's all irrelevant the minute she left in such a state.

He has a case to answer and so far he hasn't much proof he did nothing wrong. We all know he's violent. He openly flirts and is wrapped around women publicly. But behind closed doors he's a gentleman?

If that woman was gonna lie, and was in it for the money. It makes no sense she'd persue criminal charges and allegedly reject an offer from him. On the other hand all Mcgregor has is "i didn't do it it was consensual" like every rapist in history claimed before they were found guilty.

I agree Danielle's account isn't great reading from the accusers pov but nothing she said proves conor is innocent plus she denied being with conors friend at the beginning and later said she lied because she didn't think it was relevant so how credible is she and do we really think conor wouldn't pay her to "say nothing"

I dunno, I was like 100% sure he was guilty in my head but his testimony doesn't sound like, usual BS. I don't think it's possible to know eitherway here, her story isn't adding up and i wouldn't put something like this past Conor given his history and possible state he could have put himself under with all the drugs / booze.

Facts are as far as i can see is:

- She dm'd him / initiated the contact
- He went out to her
- Both were coked up and drunk
- They went to a hotel
- It's impossible to know what happened there, the other people there said nothing as described happended (they could be lying)

If i was the Jury i'll be most interested in the footage afterwards, it's said to be grainy and also said from Conors side not to show bruises... did those bruises need time to show? Was the footage not good enough to know forsure? Is it possible to know how long those bruises needed to develop in the ambulance photos? There was a witness that said that the DNA is most likely to be Conors, he admited sex and it seems like there wasn't traces of the other guys.

With all that said there's people in the courts and here looking at it with a side they want to believe / win and truth is i think it's going to be impossible to know forsure / any point of view here will have a bias.

She says she didn't have sex with him, and is only suing him bc he's saying he did. This is all about McGregor raping her, so why's now saying he did too or suing him.

Was he maybe trying to take the fall or confuse blame for McGregor, paid off or intimidated?, muddy the waters.
