Remembering that sexual assault includes such things as any touching in a sexual manner against someone's consent, including their clothing, like trying to, let's just come up with a random hypothetical example: filming yourself with your phone in public at a club, then filming your own hand reaching into a strangers dress, & trying expose their breast while filming it, but the person stops you by grabbing a hold of their own dress first. That would be sexual assault. And it doesn't matter if the woman didn't want to make a scene about it in the club or a case about it in court. That's assault. And furthermore, it would be really dumb to, again, fully hypothetically, post that video online, not only because of the guilt that shows in your intention, but also because broadcasting that if you succeeded would make that matter much more serious.

They REALLY REALLY FUCK things up.
Because of them there is doubt cast and it makes it more difficult to punish the shit out of rapists in the way they deserve. It should be straight up lynch mob. If you rape someone, you dont get to play anymore... harm a child? You don't get to play AND we take you out slowly.
But... false rape accusers create that DOUBT that winds up saving the goddamn monsters.

They are both wrong, but one is worse in my opinion.
The two potential fuckup scenarios:
1. Falsely calling a guy a rapist
2. Falsely Calling a girl that actually was raped a liar and gold dinging whore.
If the person in scenario 1 is wrong, yeah, it sucks, a guy was falsely accused of rape. But to me that isn't as bad as being wrong in scenario 2 where a girl actually was raped and falsely accused of being a gold digging whore.
The obvious answer is to reserve judgment completely. Unfortunately, I see a lot of people coming at the alleged victims in such cases before a verdict is made , and in my opinion, that is the worst option.

Idk if you've read what's coming out of the court case so far dude but it's pretty damning tbh. There's certainly a lot of evidence. Whether it's enough to convict beyond reasonable doubt I'm not sure but from what I've read I'm heavily leaning towards him being a rapist.

She immediately went to a doctor, she was shaking, crying and bruised and the doctor had to remove her tampon using forceps as it was jammed up there so badly.

Interesting. If this does go down as guilty and more info such as the doctors comes out, him getting away with some hush money is going to be ridiculous. Will keep an eye on it all.

Conor said it was consensual rough sex, but the testimony from the doctor paints a damn violent and fucked up picture: a crying girl with bruises on her wrists, ankles, breasts, ass, neck, arms and legs, an abrasion on her jaw that was bleeding, missing acrylic nails, and a tampon wedged so far in her vagina that the doctor needed to use forceps to remove it.

with a quick google search, her photos arent hard to find. shes not really fit so makes me wonder, with all his money, fame and lots of woman shallow enough to throw themselves at him, why would he choose that? hard pass for me.
