Mine is 5 mile swim

20 mile mountain bike course

then short drive to the gym for a full body blast

5 sets bench

10 sets curl

Then it's off to BJJ for one hour hahd rolling Nogi

I also do not believe this is a work out you have done more than once in your life.


5 Mile swim? Gtfo.. The rest is about what I have done quite a few times, but to add a 5 mile swim? That's hours..

rear delt flys
dumbbell row
 
Light sparring (boxing).
Deadlifts.
Double end bag.
Reballdo.
 
Back in my lifting days it would have been Deadlift day.

Nowadays?

100 pull ups
100 push ups
Some handstand holds and handstand pushups
And then bike my way to my kickboxing training

Been running BBB for a few months now, those 5x10 deads tho.
Agree with thouse 5x10 deadlifts... though. I hated because with that much volume you tend to break form at some point. You gotta be really cautious.
 
Probably the lift that I'm weakest on - snatches.

Unless I have some hyper specific goal I basically run some versioin of 5/3/1 year round. Though I branched out for the summer this year
 
Ran some variation of 5/3/1 three times per week + BJJ three times per week for the last several years.

I think I was on cycle 88 or 89 when I separated my abdominal wall and blew out some hemmies back in February.

Abdomin feels good, hemmies are all healed, but I have a lingering injury still somewhere in my lower belly that's been diagnosed as a "sports hernia."

So right now I'm running starting strength with super low weights twice per week and only drilling and flow rolling in BJJ twice per week.
