I just go to the gym and bench teh 275 until some dude approaches me to bang his girlfriend.
 
Wrestle a grizzly bear for a warm-up.

Carry refrigerators with Tony Ferguson.

400lbs Bench press twenty times for ten sets

600lbs Squats ten times for twenty sets.
