Mayberry's favorite workout

Squats keep the rump nice and tight!
 
25 sets of preacher curls followed by 25 sets of shrugs followed by 25 sets of your Ma's house.
 
Every room in my house, fill them up and I mean till there is no air left at all, with perfectly executed, crisp, powerful uppercuts. Then empty them out again and repeat 5 times.
 
531 by the GOAT. Gonna run some variation of it til I die.
 
Toked up earlier and did a 3 hour bike ride and it was amazing.
 
My favourite is hard hikes. Nothing wrecks me as much as going full bore up a mountain. Undergrowth navigation optional but that keeps the mental sharp too.

deadlifts and standing OHP, but recently ive been digging kettlebells and the erg (rower)

and of course BJJ, nothing hits cardio quite like it

used to play a lot of basketball too which was good for cardio as well
 
I am a rowing beast in the gym! Definitely my favorite exercise to do.
