It was like doing 5 and then doing 5 again a couple hours later throughout the day and then just powering down as much as possible come the end of the day. It was disgusting. My shit was green sludge. The 50+ era was short lived before it felt too gross and fucked up, so I stopped. It was a slow ramp up to that level.

I was also making my own capsules by the end, so that made it easier to consume. At that point it was like "wow, I'm actually putting labor into this."

One of the reasons I could never get that super hooked on kratom is that at 10-14g/day taking a shit becomes a pain in the ass, literally.
The second reason is the fucking taste and logistics of dosing it. Just thinking about it makes me gag.

I took kratom powder after workouts. Tasted like crap (I used a mixable powder with pure kratom so no flavor added.) Personally I didn't think the effects were that great and eventually was too lazy to even take it anymore. OP probably has an addictive personality or something because I'm always shocked hearing people say "kratom ruined my life." I will say a lot of kratom users are former opioid addicts so it would make sense people are getting addicted to it.

Never noticed anything weird but also dont have an addictive personality. I'll keep my eyes open for the 7 oh stuff, I dont pay attention to this kinda shit but if it helps me sleep then Im in!

That's a very small amount and the fact that you take it to sleep like that, from day one, probably suggests you won't be drawn to addiction. I was always the type that if I took a couple Vicodin, sleep would become impossible for many hours.
