it's silly to not understand that the more valuable you are, the more leeway you will be given. but in this particular case, there's no other point of reference.

Yes you will probably be given more leeway, but you shouldn't.

STILL, if I own the UFC... I'm doing everything I can as a business to make money which includes not costing myself money by suspending Jones if I don't have to. It's not complicated IMO.

Just because rules have not been applied equally doesn't mean that the goal of the rules was not to treat people equally.

Suppose I were to concede this point. All you have to do now is show how the rules are being applied to Jones in a manner differently than any other fighter.

It also would not hurt if you were to precisely spell out how you think both the UFC and the NSAC should handle this situation.
