It could happen to anyone one day ur grappling at ur gym u come home notice a bump on your arm next thing you know you have herpies. Do you just quit bjj? Can u continue to train without infecting anyone elts?

I sure hope you are kidding and that you know that there are two main strains, HSV1 which causes about 90 percent of us to have some form of herpes sometime in our lives and can live in nerve cells dormant causes most the herpes we discuss in this forum, and hsv2 which is the kind everyone thinks we are talking about when we say Herpes.
