They will definitely come to play unless it was when he was a juvenile. Now I didn’t sucker punch anyone. It was a mutual fight. Spent an hour in jail, never had to show up to court. My point is being charged with a felony doesn't mean anything as you are typically going to be thrown the worst charge that can possibly stick, and then it will be plead down. And guess what? Masvidal is charged with the lowest felony possible in Florida. So if he strikes a plea (which he will or charges will probably be dropped), what do you think is going to happen? He'll likely get a misdemeanor on the plea which was my point from the start. I'll be shocked if a felony sticks with this one. I'll gladly bump this afterwards.
