Yea I’ve never played me2 dlc either. Can’t wait to try it. The only dlc I paid for was the one that talked about the reapers history. I couldn’t resist missing out on that.
Shadow Broker DLC FTW. Liara’s badass really comes out.

These were some of my favorites over the years.

I agree, there was so much potential and I was always hoping for at least one spinoff game. We see such a small portion of the galaxy but you have limitless options; would have loved an ME1 prequel following Garrus as a CSEC officer fighting crime on the Citadel for example.
Something that has always kind of annoyed me with the series is the lack of official artwork and shit for the game. Trying to find official wallpapers and shit and a lot of them are pretty bland. There's some amazing fan-made art of the ME2 squad I wish there were more like it because they are badass.

Whoever made this made full sized wallpapers for each character and they look amazing. Cmon Bioware release more art and shit there is so much in the Mass Effect universe and the characters deserve it. It's an amazing series and has done really well but at the same time it feels like there's just so much more they could do with the series that's just waiting to be done. Kind of frustrating at times lol

If you didn’t play any DLC previously, you are in for a treat then.
I hadn’t.. Javik ended up being one of my favorite characters of all. His load out is awesome too.

I love this one. I used it as my laptop wallpaper back in the day and am using it now on my desktop monitors. I like how the Reapers are like casually flying around ready to destroy shit despite the calmness of the whole scene

Man, by the time you get to the end of ME1 you literally are a killing machine, that final stretch on Ilos and the Citadel where you have maxed out Biotics, Tech, and the strongest Spectre weapons on hand just lets you toy with your enemies. It's a satisfying conclusion after the game play is so clunky early on.

I'm at that point now in ME2 where I can one shot kill a lot of enemies with a head shot with the Mantis sniper rifle as an Infiltrator. It's so fun playing as Infiltrator it's gotta be the best sniper class in any RPG ever, I can't think of another single player game where the sniping is this fun. The slowdown when you initially zoom in and the BOOM of the shot and massive damage is addicting man lol. And I don't even have the Widow sniper yet

Got all the squad (except Legion) and will soon work through the loyalty missions.

ME2 is still a 10/10 game to me so far and it only gets more fun the more you level up. I have some small nitpicks here and there but in its entirety this game really has everything. Good and fun gameplay with just enough difficulty to make it engaging, and the world/characters are great too. The dialogue and humor is on point it's kind of crazy how consistent they were in putting amusing lines in throughout the whole game.

Might take a few days break to play through FF7R DLC but I don't anticipate that taking up more than maybe a few days/the whole weekend. I'm in like gaming heaven right now, Mass Effect remastered and now DLC for one of my favorite games of the last gen.

Your Shepard looks sick!!!
Thanks, I changed the colour to yellow though. Everything apart from the helmet was from the Kestrel armour set.

Wow ME2 feels like a 2021 game coming out of ME1. Playing a renegade vanguard through the whole trilogy to see all the stuff I missed last time I played the game 10 years ago.

I've played around 11 hours and I've mostly played the DLC's. It's been fun but I kinda hope the DLC would unlock gradually to fit the main game narrative better. For example: Now I salvaged the Hammerhead after already using it on Overlord DLC

Damn, I have been seriously slacking on this game. I am still in ME2, about to run everyone's loyalty missions. Still think this remaster is amazing, just been addicted to Guilty Gear Strive that has been eating up all my time.

I haven't had much chance to play in the last 2 weeks but I'm on ME2 now and finished up the Cerberus attack on the Citadel.

I ran into Conrad Verner... After helping him fix the situation he got himself into, I found out he was/is an academic who did a thesis on dark matter energy or whatever and he contributes some resources to your War Assets. Total fucking surprise lmao.

You mean me3?

Has anyone used the Cebrerus Mattock rifle? Their version is modified to be fully-auto and can be purchased form the Spectre Requisitions console.

I have the standard Mattock and it's my favourite rifle.
