Journeymen don’t fight for titles let alone contend for them.
sherdog doesn’t know what words mean.

Yeah, it's weird how that happens. Fighters move up a weight class and still have trouble with cuts. I can understand with Rumble (insanely big for a WW) or guys who just get fat, but otherwise I don't get it.Masvidal can barely make ww now it seems.
To be fair, I've heard that term misused for a while, along with gatekeeper. Some people think "gatekeeper" is a terrible insult. No, it just means you're a little below the elite level, so someone has to beat the gatekeeper to get a title shot or be considered Top 5.Its just a bunch of idiot colby fans who suck on any stupid catchphrases he throws out.
Agreed ….no reason for him to struggle to make 170 imo …he’s not that big …..I didn’t have much faith in him winning regardless….but seeing him look like that I knew he better take Colby out quickI mean he needs to cut weight better. Seeing him look like he was gonna pass out at the face offs.... How can you have confidence for a guy who's that drained?
Indeed. There's no reason he couldnt be in the shape he was when he fought DiazAgreed ….no reason for him to struggle to make 170 imo …he’s not that big …..I didn’t have much faith in him winning regardless….but seeing him look like that I knew he better take Colby out quick
Just enjoying the paydays from those Usman fights a little too muchYeah, it's weird how that happens. Fighters move up a weight class and still have trouble with cuts. I can understand with Rumble (insanely big for a WW) or guys who just get fat, but otherwise I don't get it.
Don't get me wrong, he's a journeyman
In 21 fights in the UFC, Masvidal has a record of 12-9.His UFC run is not that of a journeyman.

Leave Mousasi out of this …stick to thread topic …..thanksYep. Mas is 37 and has had 51 fights in his career. And for the last 10 years, all of his fights have been in Strikeforce or the UFC, mostly against solid competition. He's fought multiple WW and LW champs (both former and Usman at WW and Gilbert Meledez at LW in Strikeforce). It's not a resume like Mousasi's, where the first half of his career is against no-names and it's littered with way past-their-prime guys, WWs, journeymen, etc.
This isn't boxing. Guys have spotty records when they fight nothing but world class competition. Mas has been doing that for about 15 years now overall. In 21 fights in the UFC, Masvidal has a record of 12-9.
Ran out of logic so revert to trolling.Bisping buried him and that was it for him. Ruined him.

I can troil fantasy booking, that is ok under the rules.Ran out of logic so revert to trolling.
He just had two fights with Usman and one with Colby who will wrestlefuck anyone at WW and make them look bad.
Don't get me wrong, he's a journeyman, and I don't think he can earn a title shot or win, but he could still beat Nate, Conor, Till, Petties type strikers asses still, just keep him away from wrestlers.
