Make it ..Make sense..

How many other fighters stuffed Aspinall in the first and never taken down?

It was ONE takedown, and not a particularly committed one at that. Are you honestly saying that Tom should completely give up on utilizing a grappling heavy strategy because Gane stuffed the only takedown he attempted? you really dont think theres any way at all that Tom may be able to get Gane to the ground if he prioritized that over striking? if thats the case then we can 100% write him off as a hypejob because plenty of HWs in history could wrestlefuck Gane.

Tom is untested on a 5 rounder against good opponents and he was unpoked until yesterday.
He wasn't superior to Gane, he wasn't moving like Gane. Gane might be faster.
His nose was busted, probably would've gotten way worse as Tom like was shown yesterday doesn't exactly have a great defense. I pointed this shit out months ago.

This is the culture MMA dangal has created ji

In slap dangal, foulers are held responsible. They lose point immediately and if the victim gives up, the loss is with the offender and they also forfeit coin toss in following dangal.

All the shame is to the fouler here

Since Tommy bhai quit before the recovery clock,Gane should be awarded his loss and Gane will forfeit back holding or north south to Jon Jones at the White House event

0/1 takedowns successful in the round he had no problems with anyone else. Name someone else who stuffed him and he couldn't get down in the first?

Maybe Ubereem stuffing Brock in the first doesn't count. You can revise so many fights saying they just needed more takedown attempts. Your 1st round takedowns are your strongest. Gane did better than everyone else.

It was definitely the right move on Tom's part. Just like Aljo playing up the knee.

But fans are a fickle bunch. "hey i paid a ton of money for this ppv or attend live... you will give me a show... i dont care about your health"
That is the stance that makes some sense (rest is just intentional fanboy narrative spinning), just really unfortunate that in these cases the fouled one ends up being the one to take the blame, instead of the one who actully committed the foul.

"B..but Tom quit!"

If Gane had to raked the eyes, there would have not been the need to quit.

Argh!

I know I have committed the same sin a couple of times when someone missed weight and I put the blame on missing out on the fight on the one who made weight and decided not to sanction the buffoonery. It is what it is, as you say, we the fandom are a fickle bunch.
