Main Event pushes that failed

Which is why I believe Jericho pales in comparison to other legends. I can name a few epic matches I remember from Shawn Michaels or Ric Flair - wrestlers I never personally cared for, if you ask me a few from Y2J's matches I can maybe give you one. IMO in the big picture he is a conclusive step below the likes of Austin, HBK, Bret, and others.

Y2J got fucked over pretty hard by The Benoit Murders. Theres like 2-3 years worth of footage with him erased from history and it's some of the greatest stuff that *doesnt exist* anymore.

The only great match I remember him and Benoit having was the Royal Rumble ladder match.

Gotta agree with Jericho. Great wrestler, even better talker but I think his style was a little too soft for the main event. I couldn't take him seriously against guys like Austin, Rock, and Hunter. He was best as the smart ass bully of the mid card.

Even as a face, he came across as an annoying whiny bitch. Great in ring performer, but that voice...

Never did get why they made him the first unified champ.

Randy Orton in 2004 with the WHC. That had some much potential if they would've kept the belt on him instead of throwing it back on trips.

TLC3 with Chis and Chris on Smackdown was good...

No one will ever remember it though

I think in his s DVD they allude that he didn't keep the belt for very long because of drug problems and not being ready
