2026/01/22 - Karate Cert

Didn't lift beforehand because I didn't know how grueling my black belt cert would be or how many questions I would be asked and I wanted to make sure my mind was available. Ended up being pretty decent. 21 years after starting karate, I finally got my black belt. A number of things drug that out, but still feels good to finally have it. Thank You, Jesus.
 
Worked from home today instead of the office, so I got to get my lifting in that I didn't last week. Wanted to do it yesterday but spent 2.5hr clearing snow out of my driveway.

Did not go to karate tonight. Just felt spent. I was debating on pushing or not and my daughter said she saw bags under my eyes from across the room, so I decided rest would be the better option tonight.
