Political establishment. Neither party is a fan. He just keeps winning in the primary imo. If the cuts do happen it will not be to the benefit of those in office for 30+ years connected to these groups. Trump didn't even have to propose this. He can cut spending but even then he cut taxes without all of this before. He was going to do that anyway
