I use Brave and it's still annoying, I can't imagine how bad it must be without it. I still get this weird error when it blocks a pop-up and then I have to refresh or hit the back button. And I still see regular ads all over the place.

Fellow Brave user here and I've never had any issues. Then again I never had any when I used Chrome either because adblockers. My issue is sometimes not being allowed to log on because "security problem"
