NOTES: I felt really sluggish today so I left out the back work. That most likely isn't a great excuse. My bench doesn't feel like it is getting any easier even though I have hit every rep at this current weight. The squat felt pretty easy, going to move it up 5 lbs next time. I am contemplating switching SOHP to push press or rack jerks since I don't have bumper plates where I work out now.
