Mark Hamill has done a ton of voice acting work actully. He's awesome as Skips in The Regular Show (which is actually an awesome show for kids and has a ton of hilarious stuff in it for adults as well....a lot of throwbacks and references to popular movies and shows from the 80s, 90s, and 00s.

Marky Mark is a terrible actor generally and also had that violent hate crime + additional racist incidents that everyone knows about but still has a career that most actors would kill for. Dude definitely has some serious dirt on Hollywood

I do kinda get a kick out of him being the best thing in The Departed though

I think the reason this racist POS actor gets so many good role is partly due to being a producer himself.

Surprised no one has mentioned Harrison Ford yet. Hired by Lucas to read lines with auditioning actors for Star Wars, gets cast himself as Han Solo, then lands the role of Indiana Jones a few years later when Tom Selleck turns it down.

Lucas already knew him though. He cast him in American Graffiti several years earlier. So it wasn't all luck.
