I've seen it a couple of times. There's one fight I remember in Invicta where it happened, and the crowd started to awkwardly giggle as if they didn't think a woman could be hurt from a low blow. Julie Kedzie then had to explain to viewers that it's sensitive down there and is painful for them to be hit there, too.

It's just the same as getting hit anywhere else that isn't your nuts. It's nowhere on the level of being hit in the balls, which is why ballshots are given stops.

This is wrong. Women's clits are comparable to men's glans. Neither is particularly susceptible to pain. Of course you'll get hurt when you get hit there, as you would getting hit on the shin or on your finger or wherever. It's totally different from BALLS.

The balls are a totally different matter and are comparable to women's ovaries. The pain from a ball hit is 1000x worse than a hit to your dick.
