Ok, so I am switching over from bodybuilding to MMA/grappling, and have zero conditioning. I let my offseason in bodybuilding get out of hand, so I am carrying a lot of excess muscle and fat. My conditioning is horrible.
What is a good program or routine to get started and to get myself into decent shape before I start grappling and stiking and just to be in good shape overall.
