How much MM and cytogainer do you take together? And have you noticed better results when taking them both?
 
Cutting


Omegas 3X/day
Glucosamine w/chondroitin and msm
Muscle Milk post w/o and before bed
ECY Stack 25/200/5mg 3x/day
Greens
Glutamine
Accellerade during training
Gallon of water a day

Hope to cut to 180ish from 200-205(fluctuates daily)
 
Well I don't mix them together, I alternate I drink CytoGainer in the mornings, and before my workoutswith 5 g of creatine mixed in. Post workout Muscle Milk with creatine and another before bed. Non workout days just three with Cyto in the morning and nights with a musclemilk in between. I've put on 4 pounds in the past week and a half or so, but i'm not sure if its the muscle milk and cytogainer so much as the amount of food i'm taking in and the intensity in which i'm training.
