    Maca Extract * cap two 00 caps taken before bed
    HMB * 1 taken 3 times daily
    Relax-ALL * take when needing to relax or under stress
    Xtend * During/After work outs
    Cre-Ethyl THUNDER * use after G-B runs out
    White Blood *(giving this another) shot(friend convinced me) before W/O 4 taken

    What are joking? You'd better be a ripped 230 at under 6 feet tall to think you need all this junk to help you bulk up. How much do you spend a month on all these supplements?

    You'll get farther with whole food. Supplements should be an addition to your regime not its entirety. I mean I can understand adding in some creatine and whey powder, maybe a multivitamin and a pre-workout caffeine (although it also suppresses appetite) but you're starting to treat your body like a chemistry set here.

    Short version of bulking: Eat adequate protein to build muscle. Consume roughly 500 calories per day more than you burn. Lift weights, reduce cardio related activities as possible, sleep. Done.

    Actual food and training is what bulks you up. Not swallowing everything in a bottle under the sun. They call them 'supplements' not 'replacements'.

    Whey Protien = cool, fine, good

    Z-MAT = you dont need it if you are young (from your username Im guessing you are). I'd say just make sure you get enough zinc and vitamin b6.

    Colostrum = not worth it. the amount they use in scientific studies is way more than the manufacturer's instructions, would cost you like ten times more per month to use it at the levels they use in studies. aslo, there is some conflicting evidence - worked in one group of athletes, didnt work in another bla bla. cant hurt you though.

    Maca Extract = umm. I didnt know what this was so I looked it up.. this shit is supposed to be a "sexual enhancer"...works on the pituitary glands so even if it raises your testosterone, its going to raise estrogen and progesterone as well.

    HMB = its bullshit.

    Relax-ALL = ...if you're stressed out punch a pillow or listen to music.

    Xtend = waste of money. bottom line. its just a BCAA product with glutamine. buy BCAA's and ctrulline malate in bulk and save your money.

    Cre-Ethyl THUNDER = not bullshit, but not anything special. if you dont care about taste, you're better off buying bulk CEE.

    White Blood = if money isnt an issue, it cant hurt. if you dont want to risk wasting your money, dont bother with this stuff. heard mixed stuff about this.

    I got other shit to do right now, but you get the point - you're just wasting a whole fucking lot of money. A lot of this stuff doesnt even work and a lot of it has the same things (like glutamine for example - you dont need to be taking 10 products that give you a dose of glutamine.). Take the multi, take the protein, take creatine if you want. You dont want to be messing with pro-hormone-like shit like the ZMAT or wasting money on stuff that just plain doesnt work.

    OMG... I can't even read all that.

    Me:

    Biochem Biopure whey protein: 4-5 scoops a day, sipped throughout
    BSN Nitrix: 2 pills in morning (probably quit this after bottle is gone)
    BSN No-Xplode: 1 scoop 30 minutes before workout, cycled 8 weeks at a time
    BSN Cellmass: 1 scoop immediately after workout, cycled 8 weeks at a time
    Biotest Alpha Male: 1 pill in the morning/1 6-8 hours later (debating whether to continue w/ this)
    Chromium Picolinate: 500 mcg/day
    Alpha Lipoic Acid: 100 mg/day, only when I'm on creatine
    Multivitamin (Cholesterol Formula): 1/day

    My goals (strength, lean muscle mass, cardio) don't change (i.e. bulking/cutting)

    Supplements: Daily Mulitvitamin, although I would like to try muscle milk and creatine once I get financially stable again

    ??why are you taking all those BSN products at the same time? No-Xplode's just a combo of both the Nitrix and cellmass.

    That's why I mentioned I'm stopping the Nitrix after the bottle's gone. It's just not necessary w/ the NO-xplode already in there.

    Bulking or cutting, it stayes about the same

    Multi vitamin - Morning vitamin
    Whey - morning protein shake
    Creatine - A little in the morning shake and full dose immediately after evening workout
    Flaxseed oil - in the morning shake
    Varied MRP - Afternoon shake at work
    Muscle Milk - 30-45 minutes after evening workout
    Glutamine - In post workout Muscle Milk shake

    be carefule with this.. chromium is known to cause kidney damage and kidney failure in that dosage range.. plus, enough chromium is found in other things and i don't think it's worth it to supplement chromium..

    btw, i took chromium for about a month or so and my kidneys were getting sore for some reason... i stopped last month after reading up on it.. and now my kidneys feel fine.. man, good thing i caught it early.. or else i might have kidney failure.. :D

    For real? That's not really a very high dosage. It's mcg, not mg. I'll take your advice, however, and look into it, but I've used it off and on for ten years or so w/ no problems. My local CVS sells it in 500 mcg and 800 mcg pills, so I'm not even taking the most potent version they offer.

    yeh, i was taking 500mcg when my kidneys started getting sore.. and yeh, i'm sure everybody is different.. i have a small frame and i'm VERY lean.. so i guess 500mcg of chromium for long enough is enough to damage my kidneys.. :icon_cry2

    Thanks, supersudo. At the least, I think I'll start cutting my pills in half. I'm pretty sure my body handles it OK due to the length of time I've been using it, but it certainly doesn't hurt to play it safe w/ something I consider nonessential.

    Muscle Milk- in the morning
    Fish Oil- 3x a day
    Glucosamine Chondroitin- 3x a day
    GNC Liver Support- 3x a day
    Multi- of course
    GNC Staminol- lots of little goodies in it

    On 100% Whey- couple hours or so before workout..

    and drumroll.. the thing i cant believe im taking cause its retarted... Anabolic Extreme Superdrol..
    bought it a while back before it got banned.. startede taking it and was aware of its "side effects".
    First off, the shit works, and works well.. Second, not worth the side effects. Raises blood pressure, and the other night lifting, I did the lovely Valsalva Maneuver (like an idiot not thinking) and got the exertional headache... Like someone hitting me in the head with a baseball bat. Headaches are due to raised blood pressure while working out,. Scared the living shit outta me.. so i've decided to STOP taking that.

    Other than that.. Eat right.Get sleep.Train hard.Succeed.
