It's their frame size more than their weight. Guys like Woodley don't have the frame to compete at a top level at HW.Top WW can easily beat HWs.
WWs are 170lbs/77kg at the weigh ins, but their 'real' weight is around 200lbs/90kg for most of them.

Some LW's have the power, but would lose grappling, meaning they'd have a puncher's chance. To have enough size and strength in the clinch is the decider, imo, since then they could beat a top HW several times. Hendo was badly outmatched in grappling exchanges in both Nog fights, but also had one good move against Fedor and did well in the clinch before that. Hendo hasn't shown the best TDD, but if he chooses he's hard to move. He's also had other wins at HW. So I'd say MW.
I think some MWs might. Like Romero.
romero
This shit must never be deletedlol people in this thread thought Woodley would beat DC. Holy shit.
feijao was good back then. Things change.I love Romero but NO.
He got destroyed by Feijao at LHW.

So Manny Pacquiao could beat Foreman?Speed kills
Woodley is a lot faster, way more technical and more explosive.

LMAO.I genuinely believe Woodley would beat DC
Romero and Mousasi at middleweight, i think that’s about it
LMAO.
Usman confirmed uncrowned HW GOAT champion.
I have zero doubts a few elite WW could take on the bottom 10 HW. Zero doubt.
Below that....probably couldnt handle anyone in the top 10. Top 20 and below certainly possible
I think GSP could beat Lewis by decision lol. He would gas him tf out and spam that jab like never before. What match ups are you thinking about? I really think the weight difference is too much to overcome a HW at top 10-20 level.
