Let's talk about Fentanyl.

Fentanyl scares the shit out of me. I was in high school in the 90s. We used to take random shit. I'm fairly certain I'd have ODed or died. I suppose potentially our outlook would've been different if that was common. I'm not so sure though. Oxys became a big problem in the early 2000s and we all were still partying like crazy. I guess I'm fortunate that alcohol took over for us although that became a problem too.

Anyone have a history of when this drug came around and how it got popularized? From my understanding its been a pharmaceutical for years. From my experience, it was meth and blow that were popular in the 2000's and around 2010 heroin became popular then ketamine. Maybe this was just a reaction to that shift. Pills also seem to be more popular among the young like adderal.

"Fentanyl is a synthetic (manmade) opioid that is similar to morphine; however, the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) warns that it is 50-100 times more potent than morphine."

That statistic should be frightening to absolutely everyone.
The only condition I could imagine having any fentanyl is if I've taken every other possible source of pain-reduction, and none of them worked, and I was at the point in my life it doesn't matter if I lived much longer anyway.

My dad had two back surgeries near the end of his life.
One 8 years before his death and 2 years before his death.
The first one was successful.
The second one was very unsuccessful, and increased his pain.
Not long after his second surgery he was given fentanyl subscription and... well... not long after that he developed symptoms of a quickly-developing dementia.
The side effects of common pain killers are...

Common painkillers triple harmful side effects in dementia

I kinda thought heroin has always been a big thing. Whenever oxys became widely prescribed, that took over as everyone was getting it from the doctors and it was easily available. You didnt need to score it on the street in the same way like you did with heroin. Then oxys hooked everyone and dealers started selling it on the street. Then the powers that be noticed and tried to clamp down and the price shot up. Then the addict was hard up and turned back to heroin. And now fent is the new thing replacing heroin? Since it's so strong the addict knows the danger but can't resist the high. From my limited drug knowledge as I haven't done anything hard since the late 90s early 2000s and that was just MDMA. That's how I thought it went.

Going from ket to fent is quite the jump. I always thought it was due to the opioid epidemic and fent rode the epidemic at right time when the cartel started bringing it in.

I was in a zone of floaty dreamy numbness but not in the usual cocaine way, kinda hard to explain, it wasnt exactly like morphine(which is pure bliss) but it was somewhat in that area, just much more dangerous feeling which is why I think it was probably fentanyl

Sounds like its worth a try!

Really disappointed that no videos have been posted..

That was the Europeans though

It should be over there, y'all are the ones who forced opium on them back in the day with guns to their heads

America was involved too, the Kennedy family made their fortune in opium through Chinese ports.

I heard they cleaned up Kensington ave in Philly . Right after the pandemic it was like a straight up zombie apocalypse at times
The fen was mixed with tranquilizer aka Tranq
