Let’s be honest Jon wasn’t out 3 years building his body for HW...

He looks like he put on about 5 lbs of muscle and 25 lbs of fat. He's bigger but he doesn't look like a real heavyweight. His body is soft and doesn't look like he will be athletic or able to carry this weight efficiently.
He looks better than the average heavyweight. Who are you comparing him to? Ciryl is the outlier, most heavyweights are even fatter than Jon.

Until a fight he wanted for the belt came up? After 3 years he only went back after Ngannou left, not that Gane cant KO him, but chances are lower.

But all you see him doing is lifting weights so even I at an older age been working out regularly for 8 months and my body transformed tremendously. Something doesn’t add up brother
Have you trained before? Beginner’s gainz are not a joke.

I do NOT like Jon’s bulk. Sure, he and his team must know 1000 times more than I do but I would have maingained into a lean, strong 230 lbs Jones and not a 250 lbs fat ass with tits and beer belly. 250-260 lbs just doesn’t look right on him.

100% I’m telling you he was suspended and sniched the Winkles

So where are the mass suspensions from that camp?

Only 8 months? That means you weren’t anywhere near your natural generic limit. The further you are from that point the faster your results. There’s a reason pro athletes can’t gain 20 pounds of muscle in any sort of quick time.

You missed the point. I meant if someone has the test results of Jon and it was positive and the UFC gave him a pass to fight then the company will crumble

Nah. They’re doing the best they’ve ever done allegedly. If Jones failed the UFC would just throw him under the bus and distance themselves while pointing out that USADA is working to clean up the sport.

I always lifted on and off but when I do it consistently I see the transformation

He is supposedly the goat and if they did that then it will make them look so bad!

Your theory doesn't quite hold weight. They announce official suspensions. They only withhold names while the investigation is ongoing. 3 year investigations don't happen. If they suspend you then investigation is over.

I dont believe a thing UFC or USADA has to say as they have already bended the rules enough for certain athletes.

He's been called the GOAT for many years. He's been in multiple vehicle accidents, one in which caused him to be stripped of the title. He's failed multiple drug tests in which he's been stripped of a title twice. He's been involved with domestic disputes. He's been busted for using recreational drugs. All this before he vacated the belt. Now suddenly it matters that the UFC doesn't want Jones to look bad? Lol.

Osp fight he looked slow.
DC fight he was shredded, I remember buying into the hype that he was just lifting weights <45>
The osp fight is where he was biggest though, it was before that fight he was posting all those pictures on social media of him being jacked. I remember greg Jackson or one of his coaches also said something in the corner about the weights making him tired and slow

Dana still calls him the goat

But all you see Jon is lifting weights and if he is been doing it for 3 years, his shoulders and arms would be double unless he has the worst genetics eva
you dont work out much eh?

then your familiar with steroids and such.
Absolutely. I don’t believe in them and don’t care for them but if you’re going to compete at a higher level then it’s very hard to win without them especially diuretics
