Let’s be honest Jon wasn’t out 3 years building his body for HW...

He looks like he started working out just a few months ago and only the UFC and him know why he was inactive for 3 years.
Was he suspended is the honest question because his body transformation is not that of 3 years old dedication. Why 3 years? Did he snitch to get 3 instead of 4? What do you think? Does his body look of that 3 years prep?

He doesn't look like he's lifted a weight in his life. Three years of powerlifting, juice, and a reasonable diet would have you looking diced to the socks.

Jones is just old and fat.

He’s not exactly young. It’s hard to build muscle past like 32 years of age, unless he’s got some pictograms still pulsing….

Also he might just not have the body type for gaining large amounts of muscle.

It's very easy to do. It's called fucking steroids. It's not like he doesn't know where to get them.

I think his workouts are more powerlifting style than they are bodybuilding.
I haven't seen him do any bicep curl drop sets.
I have seen him deadlift and squat.
Not every strongman looks like Pudza. Some of the big guys develop a fat coat. Seems to be legitimately the ideal body type regarding strength performance for some.
I don’t know the science exactly but a little higher BF% is beneficial to strength. It’s not really ideal to be very lean in terms of strength.

I've been saying for 2 years now that Jon is suspended for 3 years and won't come back until after Feb 2023 and low and behold he's fighting in March of 2023. Maybe it's a weird coincidence maybe not.

Someone is going to have to give me a better explanation why someone would sit out 3 years in the prime of their career just to put on muscle. The guy was already walking around 225+ and he just looks bloated. Maybe he put on 5 lbs of muscle which isn't much for 3 years.
Your theory doesn't quite hold weight. They announce official suspensions. They only withhold names while the investigation is ongoing. 3 year investigations don't happen. If they suspend you then investigation is over.

While money matters quite a lot to people, Jones already has quite a bit of it and I cannot honestly believe he sat out 3 years of his prime willingly, especially towards what is presumably the end of his prime. It doesn't add up, he'd have made more money just fighting than he is likely making for this fight. We will likely never know the truth.

I'd LOVE for someone to answer this question I keep asking:

If the UFC and USASDA are so corrupt then why would they bother suspending Jones at all? You know what you do if you're corrupt? Throw the test away and act like it never happened. They wouldn't lie to everyone about a failed test and still punish the fighter. It's obvious they wouldn't care about the test in this scenario so why would they care to suspend the fighter?
Because if someone leaks it then they might crumble

Right, but he was already a large guy (walked around 230ish and pretty muscular. Look at him now. His arms, legs, shoulders, back, etc. aren’t even bigger.

He just put a belly on.

he could’ve just eaten a ton of donuts/fast food for 2 weeks or so and gotten the same body transformation.
100% I’m telling you he was suspended and sniched the Winkles

With Jones it is genetic. His brothers are bigger but they aren't jacked people.

Was he being tested by usada often, or he wasn’t like Coner? If he was roiding out of his mind then yes, I would have expected much more from Jon. But doing it clean, it was a reasonable expectation. It is very difficult to naturally build muscle, specially if you are 32+ and have an ectomorph build. Jon’s body isn’t really suited to be that heavy, height is pretty deceiving. Legs carry a LOT of your total body weight and he has hilariously skinny legs, think about it … legs are almost half of your body. His arms are long and slim. His torso is by far his best body part but he’s just not a jacked individual.
But all you see him doing is lifting weights so even I at an older age been working out regularly for 8 months and my body transformed tremendously. Something doesn’t add up brother

Listen up y'all, I got the inside scoop on what Jon Jones was doing during those three long years before his comeback to the UFC in 2023.

So Jones didn't just sit on his ass and watch TV for three years, no sir. He was actually training hard and getting his mind and body right. He went on a spiritual journey and discovered his inner zen, man. He was deep in the mountains of Colorado, chopping wood and meditating in his free time.

But that's not all, Jones also took up some new hobbies to keep himself busy. He became a professional Lego builder and even built a replica of the entire Las Vegas strip out of Legos! Plus, he became a gourmet chef and was cooking up some mean barbecue ribs and mac n' cheese.

Now, I know y'all might be skeptical about his body transformation, but let me tell you, it's all natural. Jones was hitting the gym like a madman, lifting weights and doing cardio like it was his day job. He also discovered a new workout routine called "Gone in 60 Seconds," where he would run a mile and then sprint for 60 seconds straight. It's no wonder he's looking like a heavyweight beast now.

So, there you have it folks. Jon Jones was living his best life during those three years and getting his mind, body, and soul in tip-top shape for his big comeback. Let's just hope his opponents are ready for the new and improved "Bones" Jones!

Jones always packs on fat out of camp, and he always steps into the cage lean. The picture posted by TS looks very much like Jones has oyut on 20-25 pounds of muscle and 30 pounds of fat. Jones will weigh in around 255, much like you'd expect if he put on the muscle and didn't cut water.

That's very clearly not a fight week photo.

No it's not. The latter part of what you said however is probably closer to the truth.

Lol. Did Jones put a hit list on the people who got him stripped of his title and suspended him during his REAL prime? (No, he didn’t leave in his prime after Reyes.)

I say it all the time; just because you can come up with a conspiracy theory doesn’t mean it’s plausible or makes any sense.

You missed the point. I meant if someone has the test results of Jon and it was positive and the UFC gave him a pass to fight then the company will crumble

But all you see Jon is lifting weights and if he is been doing it for 3 years, his shoulders and arms would be double unless he has the worst genetics eva
