Beltless Deadlift:
70x5
90x5
120x5
140x3
165x5, 4 sets (Technically a volume PB)
Leg Curls:
Worked up to 41x10, 5 sets
-Beltless pulls really suck, especially high volume with short rest periods. I think this is a good idea to incorporate for me, every couple of weeks that is.
