Legalized marijuana

This is false. I've had a medical card for over a decade now and I still get taxed. It's a lesser tax than recreational, though.

Yep, it's pretty crazy. Great selection and quality but prices have gone up... unless you go places operating illegally.
Maybe where you live
It's not like that in Riverside County
Prices all went down due to increased supply and demand

Not true tbh. I've smoked across the country for 15 years. Dispensary grade stuff has a uniform level of quality you will never see from most dealers. You also don't have the hassles of associating with drug dealers and the pricing is better even after the high taxes.
I'm sure u smoked decent stuff but even then it's hard to come across the fire. Street shit before dispensaries were the real deal. 1 puff ur stoned for hours. Dank with crystals and hairs with thick white smoke when u exhale. U couldn't even finish the bowl.

Dude in WA we had 50 dollar ounces within like a year. Shit's crazy. It's not the best stuff, obviously, but people who only occasionally smoke? Insanely cheap.

anyone in socal needs the goooooods im that guy.

Dont know about the smoke but dispensary have best edibles by far...... I by my smoke from my regular guy.. unless I want the specialty shit like caviar. Haven't tried wax

Most likely at places operating illegally then.
We still have those spots here in OC as well. They usually get shut down eventually since they are not operating legally.

50 bucks n oz. Is it 2 year old stale shit? In Chicago I still pay at least 300 n oz an thats friend prices.

In the several states I've lived in, after taxes it was still better pricing, consistency, and quality. Colorado in particular had excellent deals. Lots of competition.
I've not been impressed with the giant grows I've seen in Colorado or the quality but it's been awhile.

You lose quality with quantity. Better just to put one in your backyard or set up a small indoor system than pay for that overpriced hydro bud imo.

Outdoor soil grows can still produce good bud but the indoor stuff is shite.

I'd like to see all indoor growing banned or based on hydro-electric. If it's a fossil fuel source its absurd to grow indoor. The production rate per sq foot means annual supplies could be grown outdoors easily.

From my experience is that the shops aren't getting shut down as much and now everything is taxed. Nothing else seems to have changed.

Oh yeah, everything is packaged now. There isnt as many "hook ups" from cool budtenders that give you more as they weigh it out.

Expect more drive bys, over doses, and strung out potheads offering handy jays by the dumpster so they can get their fix. Also your playgrounds will be littered with pots needles.

Nope. The processors print the harvest dates on their labeling, and it always has to be on the package. It's usually like 1-3 months old at most. Again, not the best, but a discerning eye helps. You see some brown and it's not just the hairs you just figure they fucked that batch up, so you go to another package or strain.

In Michigan, it's going to be legal soon.
As with the MM locally, big companies are moving in to own as much of the block as possible and squeeze everybody else out.

Prices have increased. Buds are tiny.
Concentrates- shatter, wax, cartridges- that used to be five for a hundred are now three per.

But then again I'm bitching about being able to legally buy hash oil

PA isn't legal yet.

<mma1>

Street shit's so fucking hit or miss lately it's fucking absurd.

My buddy's mother in law has a medical card, I buy "edibles" from him. They're actually just gel caps filled with whatever, I've never opened them up to look, but they're strong as fuck.

Everything is better. Better selcetion, more options, better prices, better quality etc. Every place will have their own daily specials...use them to your advantage.

Where is that?

Here in Canada it sucks other than the convenience factor.

Poor quality, overpriced, supply can't keep up with demand so stores are constantly running out...

Oh and NONE of the tax money is being invested back in the communities where the stores are. The provincial government just takes their cut and the money just disappears.

Jesus christ you could get a quarter pound of BC bud for that here...
Well in less than a year its leagal in Chicago so I will see how price comes down. I pay about 80 bucks a quarter so solid shit. I buy my edibles at the dispensary........ dude the tootsie rolls and chocolate coins are insane ....... 2 tootsie roll if u eats entire thi g feels like a shroom trip it's so intense.

AZ. We have none of those problems. This thread made me stop by the shop and the special was $10 grams on all flower. I got 2 grams of 2 different top shelf indicas, both testing above 20% for $20. They had about 20 strains spread over three shelves. There is no way I could have done that back in the day.

holy shit $300 "friend prices" no friend should be charging more than 180 a zip.

I get cali's finest from a friend who grows half that cost.

The way Americans do business really highlights how Canadians are bent over and fucked by the government.
