LeBron is is a better player than Jordan.

He's too streaky with his jumper and he has no post moves. He's just pure athleticism and strength. Jordan would finesse his ass all over that court while dropping far away after fade away. Jordan is a better ball handler as well in traffic. Again, Jordan is still the better on ball defender. This argument is still fucking dumb.

Correct.

The Known Degenerate is a top tier 1v1 talent up there with the likes of Servant, Melon, etc. Top tier yet far below the King of Kings (One True).

The Known Steroid User is somewhere on the Voshon Leonard-tier of 1v1 ability.

You keep saying lebron is a known steroid user. And said you have proof, im not saying hes never juiced, but show me the proof you have . Because to me it seems like you are just a massively bias jordan nut licker who acts like a know it all.

Different eras, Jordan wouldn't be as dominant against today's competition.

Still be one of the best today though.

The only STAT that matters

LMAO
Except that Lebron spent his entire career in the East.

basketball is the one sport where i kind of disagree.

if jordan played against todays defenses, god knows how many points he would of got.

ppl love to not mention that Jordan did it all in the most watered down expansion era the league has ever seen.
MJ's comp is noticeably better than LBJ's. Albeit, Lebron finally got his signature win last season over the Warriors. Still not in the same league as MJ, in terms of strength of schedule.

How do you compare the pace today compared to back then? How would Jordan go being marked by today's players?

I've watched Jordan as I could from highlights, he was crazy good, I look at how a player deals with pressure moments and he was up there.

Lebron couldnt even beat Kobe 1 on 1 let alone jordan

Cant believe this thread is still going on

The Most Talented Player in NBA history would easily decimate the Known Degenerate 1v1.

4 expansion teams that get to draft from other teams and take the high picks.....

it was a watered down era. the most watered down.

no way around that.

I disagree. There are more factors than just number of expansion teams. If you take the top five teams from any year MJ won a ring, they'd do well relative Lebron's ring years IMO.

Jordan stated Kobe might get a few in on him, and only due to Kobe stealing his moves. In other words, Jordan's claiming he would beat Kobe the vast majority of the time.

People are still debating whether Jordan is the GOAT?
Fucking millennials

if you say so. expansion teams water down the league in a huge way. they take players from every team and all the high picks.

Not even mentioning that Jordan didnt start winning til the old guard legends all fell off due to age. His era was full of Barkley/Ewing/Malone types. A tier below the Magic/Isiah/Bird era.

watered down, in every way.

- Known Degenerate was asked who he would liked to play 1 on 1 in his prime, he listed a number of names including LeRoids, Melon, The Overrated Jerry West, among others, and he followed up with this quote

"I don't think I would lose... other than to Kobe Bryant"

We'll take The Known Degenerate's OWN WORDS over your laughable -borderline embarrassing- conjecture here LMAO!

Barkley/Ewing/Malone types would very well in today's league. There simply are very few dominant interior presences, on either side of the court, today. Everyone today is a wingman. Big physical, skilled guys like Hakeem, Shaq, and the Admiral would literally score at will. Even with the mid-sized guys like Barkley and Malone, there might be a handful of players in the league today who even contain them.

Couple that with the fact that teams were allowed to come about organically(vs all-stars just getting together and deciding what team they wanna play for) created teams with more depth and chemistry IMO.

Yes, I'm sure MJ believes Kobe gets the best of seven against him.

Well, considering MJ is 53, LeBron is better
