So, curious of this, if you had to choose two msm sources (one left of center and one right), which would they be?

Yes, I strongly subscribe to the theory of finding news from multiple sources, comparing "facts" and opinion and tone, and forming your own. I do that on news stories that catch my attention and I'll find 8 to a dozen reports on those types of cases. But just for grazing news, what do you go to so that you're not watching just Fox News and CNN because those can be so far out there on average stories it's tough to tell what actually happened.

None of them, honestly, they all pander to an audience.

I would say 5-6 years ago NPR was pretty dang fair, they leaned left, but it was tolerable.

Since then NPR has sprinted to the left IMO, their coverage on Muslim immigration has been particularly shameful.

I always compare the Blaze and Infowars with Fox or Breitbart to get the full story. That's how I know Obama wants to take my dick.

As a serious answer, the Atlantic has really impressed me. Every time I read one of their articles it seems well-supported and does not mock or ridicule anyone. It reminds me of old-school journalism.

I've listened to NPR for a while but I've grown tired of SO much coverage of the middle east. It's their main topic during my commute like 3 days a week. But your first statement was accurate. My in-laws had foxnews on during Easter dinner yesterday though. Can't miss a story!
