A old, wealthy, quiet man that can barley move (watch the casino tapes of his fall and lawsuit on the casino) apparently had been planning and strategizing a mass shooting his entire life.

This is going to leave a plethora of conspiracies. I'm interested to see these Mandalay Bay security tapes the FBI confiscated.
