Crime Man Opens Fire in a Brown University Classroom, Killing 2. (Update: Suspect identified; found dead in storage unit)

I'll be interested to hear why he was scrubbed from the internet... From Brown's website and Social Media accounts. If they even talk about it. They probably won't

Maybe he was considered a suspect at some point and discounted? If the authorities and Brown were trying to protect the guy by scrubbing him and then refusing to mention, it certainly backfired... They made it worse.

Should have just said he was looked at and ruled out as suspect because he was verified to be... blah, blah, blah. It didn't help that he matched the fat shooter's physical description

Then that Senator scolded everyone... "The Public needs to stop helping find a suspect!!!" and then immediately after posted a picture that said "We're asking the Public for help in identifying this suspect"... lol

That was definitely an interesting sub-plot for day

The school gave an explanation why he was scrubbed. Here is an article about it. This thread is a prime example of why they did it.

“In the aftermath of the shooting, we’ve seen harmful doxxing activity directed toward at least one member of the Brown University community,” school spokesperson Brian Clark said in a statement.

$11 billion annual budget for a homeless dude to solve the case on reddit. I guess a drug addict podcasting tard was a poor choice to lead such a massive agency, unless you need some guys to waste everyone's time by showing up at someone's door to harass them about some Charlie Kirk memes. Idiot country full of idiots, totally embarrassing

lol... well, it backfired and made it worse

Why does Brown owe the public an explanation for that, assuming it happened?

Some of yall are ridiculous voyeurs.

their only goal was to do what they thought best for their student, but they got stuck in a position that had no clean solution—the internet moves too fast & is impossible to get ahead of. it wasn’t ideal, but what better course of action could they have taken to protect their student from the blood-thirsty mongrels on the internet who were already circling?

Seems like the dude was considered a genius as a kid. He went to the Physics Olympiad for Portugal and went to the same school as the MIT professor, graduating with a higher grade than him. They say he also complained grad classes at Brown were too easy lol. Came to the US on an F1 visa and lost his mind in some way. His family hadn’t heard of him in 20 years.

Some of these highly intelligent dudes have a proclivity to isolate from society and lose their fucking minds. Man said fuck it and pulled a Unabomber. It’ll be interesting to see if he left any writings behind, but it just seems like plain mental illness.

Bipolar disorders emerge around the age he would have been in grad school. Could be that.
