Social Kyle Rittenhouse updates

It's disgusting. But the lawyer who took the MSM to task for their defamation of Sandmann has taken the case on.
There will be those who will continue to try to paint him as a monster, but I think he'll get financial recompense at least.

He didn't cross state lines with a gun. And apparently the gun was one that it was legal for a 17-year-old to possess in that state.
With those grey areas removed, from what little I understand, there aren't many obstacles to the conclusion that he was legally defending himself.
Can you please post the link for the firearm not being transported or in his possession while crossing state lines?

you’re still blaming the guy who defended himself against attacks...

If a 17 year old girl went to a underground party attended by criminals and other lowlifes would you still be blaming her for defending herself against attacks?

also why are you even talking about what’s “reasonable”?

Things stopped being reasonable when ppl started acting unlawfully by looting and rioting and politicians not actually enforcing the law.
If a 17 year old girl went to an underground party known to be frequented by criminals while carrying a semi auto, I would question why she was there in the first place. And that’s what’s relevant here as well: why was Kyle there in the first place? You do have a well funded and fully functioning police force who’s job it is to protect private and public property. Maybe you think this question is largely irrelevant, I on the other hand think the answer to this question will be key in deciding which charges he’s actually convicted of.

anything to deflect from the incompetence of democrat mayors/governors

What? This is the mayor/governors fault?

There have been democrat mayors and governors long before Trump was president and none of this shit was happening. You seem to be the one jumping through mental hoop to make this someone else's problem.

Yeah being there is not the best idea, but how that changes facts that it was self defence?

He was running away and only started shooting when mob caught up to him, tripped him and try to attack him on the ground.

also it’s laughable talking about “fully functional police force” when there looting and rioting taking place while the city is burning

and? Right now they’re aren’t doing anything to stop the violence and some are even encouraging it.

can’t blame trump for that.

Degenerate ghetto BLM mobs didn’t riot and destroy things in Baltimore or St Louis while Obama was President? Are you sure?

Huh? What mayor/governor is doing nothing to stop violence?

Were armed malitia romping the streets shooting people? Were armed malitia taking over capital buildings?

Yes. There is video evidence of this.

Militia member calmly talking with BLM members on video about how cops herded the protesters into the area where the militia would be so that they would deal with them instead of the cops.

That guy, doel, is an idiot that oBoy sees what he wants to see. He implicates the police in “letting Rittenhouse escape on purpose” then he talks about letting him “flee” to MI, another state! Which was 15 minutes away.

Let’s say for a minute that I believe what the guy with the gun told them-that the cops said they would push the protesters into the militia-what does that mean? Is that giving permission to take out the protesters? Is that conversation on video ? Any proof that was said?

And no one even took the opportunity to shoot provided to them to shoot protesters since all the militia are “white supremacists and there to shoot protesters.”

What is on video: Rittenhouse being attacked, chased, cornered and forced to defend himself and then chased and attacked again. The kid called someone, I assume 911, and tried to give himself up but because of the chaos, the cops told him to keep moving. Anyone who says that the cops knew he was the shooter and what happened and decided to let him go because they approved of his actions is a total fucking moron. Total fucking idiots believe that, no one else would believe that shit.

And I can see a cop jovially saying “hey, we’ll just push them to you guys because we know you can handle it” as a joke. It doesn’t matter because nothing like a shooting gallery happened. I used to joke with citizens all the time-i said to a guy once “hey big guy, when shit goes down, you draw their attention while I go for a coffee.” He knew I was joking just before a big fight broke out. Another time, there was a correction officer gathering that I can’t remember the name of-national type of thing, but a giant fight broke out. While we were cleaning things up, I had a conversation with one guy that couldn’t believe that we only had 8 officers to control such a large crowd. He said “why don’t you guys go take lunch and we will take care of this shit.” I jokingly said “yeah, that would be great-have at it.” And do you know what happened? Nothing, we continued to make arrests and break up fights while those guys watched and I know they made sure no one came up on us from behind.

And the cops gave them water because these are citizens legally carrying firearms in observance of the 2nd, who weren’t and did not break any laws, and who weren’t throwing things at them and looting and burning things like a bunch of animals. That kind of normal, respectful behavior is a welcome sight with the whole streets filled with people that hate you because of a uniform. Nothing at all wrong with that. Had another protester, even one against the cops, were to have a civil discussion instead of yelling in their faces, maybe they would get water too. I have had many pleasant conversations with people that were on the other side and I offered them water on a hot day-once on the scene of a homicide and these guys and I developed respect for each other that carried my whole career.

If you take away Rittenhouse’ sage, he did nothing at all wrong that night.

yep. I couldn’t find his go fund me page, to be fair, but I did go to the Facebook page that was started for him. It was allegedly started by Tripp’s, but garnered 20k members that were rabidly defending this guy and even laughing at the kid that was shot.

I'd love to see a complete history of all web pages he looked at the last year. I'd be curious how many bogus stories fed by bots he saw. I'd like to know if he was manipulated intentionally via a Cambridge analytics type program.

Is this the type of thing Russia, China or some other entity would do do promote unrest?

What are you talking about?

From everything we've seen, this kid is exactly the type of person any parent should be proud to raise. He was out cleaning up graffiti left by scumbags the night before. Then he was out giving medical aid to injured protesters that night. I know you hate to see good people allowed to stand up to criminals, but most Americans feel they have a right to not let assholes burn their business down.

Yeah unfortunately multiple people were shot and killed at those peaceful protests as well.

Trying to attach any of this racist BLM bullshit to Trump is just nonsensical. Go ahead and rant some more about it if it makes you feel better though.

There is video of one of the militia members talking to citizen journalists (BLM activists?) saying that some policemen told him (or members of his group) that they were going to push the protesters towards the militia group because the militia group "could handle them."

It includes footage of a police line moving to push protesters back. You can make of that what you will.

Sadly the amount of lying and shilling on both sides is shocking. You really can't judge anymore. The Truth was an early causality in this conflict.

I just watched that. I don’t put much, if any, stock in that being either true, or it was misconstrued as an actual fact or permission to shoot. I can totally see a cop jokingly saying “hey, you guys can handle the riots” sort of thing, but no one would take that seriously-though, this kid saying that doesn’t seem overly bright.

What was irresponsible? You're just mad that the right is now standing up to the violence. Leftist violence.
Kyle could have shot more.and could.have killed more. He didn't. He retreated and only shot when he had to. He didn't shoot anyone that didn't attack him. He showed restrait and did a good job defending himself
Bet you're secretly mad that a :eek::eek::eek: got killed instead of realised without changes like in Portland
Painting over graffiti, helping to clean up vandalism...contributing to his community, coming to a business asking for protection from looting and arson...i say this kid was raised right and has a solid moral compass...

Interesting how you and just about every liberal and leftist here have failed to criticize or take into account the threats and aggressive behavior from the mob.

Don't you think that had something to do with what unfolded?

Do you believe the Kenosha kid set out to kill people that night?
He wasn't from Kenosha, he was from Illinois.

He drove to Kenosha looking to stand up to the mob, aka. act as a vigilante.

And he took a gun that he was not of a legal age to possess.

And he ended up getting attacked and killing two people, wounding a third.

None of this would have happened if he wasn't trying to be a vigilant, if he had stayed home and let the police handle their job...

... which is exactly what the police are asking people to do.

I agree, ideally no ones business is looted or burned down. Also, no one is shot and or killed.

So which is more important? The personal property or the lives lost and damaged?

Now if I had a choice, no one gets shot.

A 17 year old kid running around shooting people isn't going to make any parent I know proud BTW.
