It's mainly because Koreans consume western media. They know about this guy. Japanese people didn't really know about Somali until way later. It's also a sense of pride that they do something that the Japanese couldn't do.

I saw some of what Somali did in Korea. It's really not that bad. He kissed the comfort woman statue but he also said Japan sucks blah blah blah and what he did in Japan was for Korea and China. The worst thing he did was make a mess at 7/11. He was throwing instant noodles around after the lady working there told him no drinking. He did other nuisance stuff like play text to speech on a bus/train but it's been done to death by many streamers. He did ramp up on the antagonism after his first assault. He was taunting people to go get him. Influencers are just trying to hit him so get their own social media fame. It's pretty funny.

I don't find any of it funny. I think its a work. Even if its not, Its a feeling of this clown getting that fuck around find out treatment, well deserved. But i still think its a work.

It's legit but it is what he wants. His channel was dying and this gets him back in the spotlight. He makes his money off donations. The people who watch him pay him to do stupid embarrassing shit.

It is hilarious that other streamers are hunting him down and hitting him but if you asked those people for what reason exactly. The reason is definitely not personal.

Just kissing a statue of women who were treated as sex slaves, stuff that happened about 80 years ago at most with a lot of those women still alive I would not describe that as a little offense.

I mean most people call him Loot Goblin because they get a lot of money from their livestreams when they find him but this is definitely not just for money. If this guy did that to a statue of national importance in eastern Europe or some other places he might be dead already.

I disagree. He is disrespecting other countries culture, and women. I would most definitely take it personal.

He did it in front of a lot of people. They didn't attack him on the spot. He is just a nuisance streamer. That statue is symbolic and it has great importance. I do not believe it is some national monument. It is a statue that activists placed across from the Japanese embassy in Korea. They have these statues on the bus and in parks. There is one in New Jersey.

His chat is pretty bad. They encouraged him to go back to "violate" the statue. You can look up his videos. He went to different statues and did strip teases in front of it. In the end the people hunting him aren't regular Korean people. They are mainly influencers looking to become more popular. I think his time is over. There aren't many countries left in Asia that are safe enough for him to troll. The remaining safe ones have low tolerance for tomfoolery.

Not every person from a country is ready for the smoke that includes Korea, but that is cause they are told from a young age to mind their own business. Johnny is not just known to streamers my guy, the guy made national headlines in Korea. His face was all over the news, this is not just a streamer thing the guy fucked up royally.

His time was over once he left Thailand whose people don't consume western media and are very nice to outsider, some might even call them people pleasers. He is also very sneaky about how he goes about things, he does all these crazy things when he does not perceive the surroundings to be a treat.

I understand he is all over the news but the people that are punching him are social media people. They are filming the assaults. That is why you see people getting arrested and their cameraman is still filming. I just think it is hilarious that he got beat up while he did a collab with that Korean Texas Nazi Hank. There is like this 5-6 hour stream where Koreans streamers stalk both of them.

Thai people are pretty violent once you cross the line. I don't think it is safer than Korea if you want to act up. Anyways going viral makes him more money. I don't think he actually committed a crime yet outside of potentially failing the retroactive piss test. I hope more people punch him in the head until he leaves.

I don't think they are social media people. The ones attacking him are not holding phones. If anything, they are contacting social media people to film it so it gets out that this dude is getting his well deserved comeuppance. If its real and not a work. I am still not sold. I want to see some serious face bashing before i believe its real.

Thailand gets crazy if you really cross the line but that is usually in the more seedy parts and if they catch on to what you are doing or saying.

It is all over social media but from I gather it is not just streamers but other people streaming their hunt too. He got punched after getting released from the police station by some ex marine or something. Guy got arrested right after but had a big smile on his face. The guy is fucked, Korea is very strict about drug laws and he got caught with THC in his blood stream. The authorities might not join the social media "Manhunt" but they will make him get his. Only chance he has if the US embassy somehow bails him out. In Asia disrespecting elders is a big no no, the guy fucked up big time. Asian authorities are known to be corrupt and shady and now you have a foreigner with drugs in his system that disrespected statues and made national news. Can't see this end well for him, won't end even if he gets out of Korea. Korean diaspora probably knows about him too now.

They can't really hold him. He commits nuisance crimes so they just try to hold him for as long as possible then kick him out of the country. I think he isn't Somali. He is some sort of Ethiopian that is born in America. His passport gets him out of small trouble. I only follow this story to make fun of Fengxian. He really hates this dude.
