So i cant run much need a good routine.
bike is easier on the knees.
I'm going on a car trip can someone give me directions?
Take I85 north until you reach I95.
Too much traffic, that back road near main street would be much faster.
It would be a lot more efficient if you
1)Get all of the cash out of your savings account
2)Take I40 to North Carolina
3)Take exit 53B for I240
4)Get off on Chunns Cove Road at exit 6 (exit is on the left)
5)Turn left at the end of the exit ramp and head toward the tunnel road intersection
6)Turn right onto tunnel road
7)Turn left at the Taco Bell
9)Wait till 1 AM, turn on your lights, get on the roof of your car, and count the money that you withdrew from your savings account to make sure you have it all.
lol @ responses. but i have knee issues too and have been doing bike sprints and burpees. not much else i can do.
There is so much to conditioning that doesn't involve running that I don't even know where to start.
