Knee Cut defense...

Can anyone point me to a good place to find resources on defending the knee cut, once the opponent has already gotten their knee on the ground?
 
yes. start hipping out and coming up to your knees.

Once the knee hits the ground, you are kinda screwed. You're more in side control escape mode at that point. Personally, I fight for the underhook and get up on my elbow -- if he can't get the underhook or pull up on your near arm, he really can't finish the pass.
