Media Khamzat wrestling DC!

There's no reason to move yet. He seems happy with his life in Sweden, and shit is still sweet right now

If DC got to 10% body fat, he could probably fight at WW.
I highly doubt that. DC is built like a tank. And even if it were true, that's hardly the division where he'd feel at his best so why even bother.

He's a food addict. He'd rather eat himself into obesity and fight at a disadvantage, than stop eating shit and lose some fat. Realistically, DC could've been a 3 weight champ.

Dude Anthony Johnson made ww. If he can make ww pretty much anyone could.

Who says 10% body fat is optimal for performance? This is fighting, not bodybuilding or modeling.
Exactly. Some body fat is just good for you. Helps you take punches and gives you more weight to make use of. Obviously there comes a point where it's a disadvantage, but it's far beyond 10%.

(Prime) Fedor's a good example of someone with a good amount of fat for fighting.

Because extra fat doesn't do anything in fighting unless you turn it into muscle mass.

Even if you don't turn it into muscle mass, just simply getting rid of it is healthier for the fighter. More room for better cardio

Weight doesn't do anything? It makes you harder to move, to lift, it lets you put more pressure from a top position, when pushing someone against the cage, you can put it behind your punches, etc. It definitely does "something."

I feel like the smaller hws grapplers put on the weight purposely,so they wouldn't be easy to manhandle and it put more power in their shots w added weight. I mean it's not like Fedor had a weight problem. He utilized that fat for mortal kombat.

DC is like that, only he had to move down to 205 and that was tougher to do from being a hw.
