The idea that holding, grabbing, hugging, and humping whilst latched onto another man like an octopus while trying to avoid the fight at all cost being unarmed combat is an oxymoron. In actuality, it’s boring AF, It’s the entire reason Dana ran Shields, Fitch, and Okami out of the UFC and didn’t resign guys like Beastin 25/8 or Mr. Wunderful.... The only reason they hadn’t been shown the door is because they are fan favorites of a demographic that is important to the promotion.... Bathtub Boys like Khabib and Islam don’t like to get hit and are guilty of sterilizing the fight by attempting to remove the most important aspect, the violence. The evidence is below

No fighter is perfect. This is a ridiculous sport to be successful in. Burns has a diverse skill set offensively and is a tough out for anyone. He was an adrenaline dump away from knocking out Kamaru. Khamzat just beat the second best guy in that division in his fourth UFC bout. He overcame some rough bmoments and didn't fold when the fight didn't go his way, which is a testament to his mental toughness.

Yes, because he was exhausting himself trying to wrestle Burns. The only thing that was obvious was Chimaev slowing down and throwing a lot of arm punches in the second round.

Islam has been in UFC 7 years and still doesn't have a top 5 win. And his only top 10 win is a guy with no ground game on two weeks notice.
