Khamzat fought stupid and still came out with a win over the #2 WW in just his 11th pro fight. Hopefully he’s learned to be more technical. The sky is the limit for him

Fought way better strikers than Burns and never got touched.

Khabib is literally the only MMA fighter to go 29-0-0 without any kind of loss, DQ or NC.

So I'd argue what he did is more impressive.

It's because khabib has fought more cans than nearly anyone in MMA ever. Find me someone else who is 16-0 vs cans and zero fights in a major org in those 16 fights.

Khabib beat prime RDA (4th degree BJJ Blackbelt) when he was 25.

A way better fighter than Burns.

One significant difference between Khabib and Khamzat is their fight IQ. Khamzat was fighting recklessly and relied on his chin to get through some of the exchanges.

Yeah because most of all of khabibs fights is him wrestle humping his opponents & having his way with them on the ground. Chimaev showed very good grappling & obviously wanted to stand & bang with Burns.
