Khamzat Psychoanalysis

OP, Khamzat's life outside UFC is much much harder. When he's in there, I don't think anyone can beat him anymore. He's showed nothing but aggression and he'll always fight back, on top of his skillset, he's champ material. Gas tank is his only issue.

Chimaev overtraining has been well documented for years.
I didn't see those documents. If it's his coaches or partners blabbing about him "beastin' it 25/7," I suggest it should be discarded as irrelevant.

What is truly established, in my opinion, is his apparent lack of discipline, which is very consistent with constant pull outs and weight misses. He also drinks alcohol despite non-stop mumbling about religion and I doubt he follows any diet at all.

The gas tank issues are so overblown. Nobody fights like him with the wrestling pace in round 1 for a reason, they fear gassing out. But people are trying to convince themselves that his opponent can stay fresh, when in reality (like vs Usman) the opponent is down 10-8, and a lot more tired themselves than if they had fought round 1 at a controlled pace.

Borralho has talked about his insane training in interviews with fellow brazilians.
