I don't believe either of them. I think they both have some mental problems, so if they sparred, I would guess the truth would be somewhere in between what they both said. The UFC is really hurting for good role model type fighters. Neither of these guys fits the bill!

It isn't out of the realm of possibilities. Strickland is kind of a bully but he is really gentle when he is sparring with someone who is on the same level. There is a clip of him sparring Alex and it doesn't look like his usual sparring style.

Well, Sean is on video, along with the Schmo and Sean himself did not deny when Schmo said he basically schooled Sean in the grappling and that Khamzat held his own in the feet with him.

Before you say Strickland fights he is currently squawking about how he is the next MW contender and refusing to fight Whittaker despite claiming he is an anyone anytime fighter. Whittaker vs Strickland for an official #1 contender bout makes the most sense and the UFC would 100% make it but Strickland wants to whine about his feeleings "Like a woman".
