Sonny I dont remember the name of the exercise but we were kind of mimicking the form of an uppercut with the kettlebell and I even tried it with dbells, 2 bulky and 2 hard on the wrists. They were a great tool for balance and striking power that otherwise cold not have been done with yoru ordinary dbell. I will try to find name of exercise for you and be more specific.
 
They don't appear to provide much beyond dumbells.
