Thanks everyone! I made weight and am ready to roll tomorrow. Unless something goes horribly wrong, I should be setting a new PR total in my last meet of this year.

Haven't been on here as much lately but kill it today Keo! We need updates!
 
Very quickly:

Babyeater and I finished eight for nine. She hit a 187 squat, 121 bench, and 292 deadlift for a 600 lb total. I hit a 501 squat, 298 bench, and 556 deadlift for a 1355 total. A full meet report is forthcoming.

Its awesome that you got 500+ squat in a meet Keo, shame about not hitting a 300 bench, I know you'd would of liked that!

Also, babyeater a 292 deadlift and a 600 total is awesome!

The squat went pretty well! I only took 298 for a third attempt; I'm saving 300+ for next year. 298 is a meet PR for me and my first twice-bodyweight paused bench press, so I'm still ecstatic with it. The original plan was to go 270-292-298, and I stuck to it.

lol, it's all converted from kilos, so my options were only 496, 501, 507, etc. If I had the choice, I'd just as soon squat 500, but I'll take the extra pound.
