Hah that video reminds me. I was in the Sorinex showroom yesterday and they had a massive new display/test rack set up that was black and yellow. I immediately thought of the gym Keo trains in but they said this batch was for the Steelers or some shenanigans.

Sorinex does make some damn good equipment it's just crazy expensive.

Those guys were at least nice enough to unrack their weight from the j-hooks immediately behind us. That way, my training partner could get in to spot me undisturbed. Apparently they were racking their 95-lb. loaded barbell for whatever it is they're doing to it.

When I box-squatted 465, a personal trainer decided to move his client into the bench immediately in front of me, and he had the bench pretty far back so that when he was spotting him, his back was about six inches from my face. Naturally, when I was ready to squat, he not only didn't move out of the way, but nearly backed into my face. In the past, I've actually had people spotting on the bench do that, too. If I'm the first one at a power rack and they do this, it really pisses me off.

Thanks man. Yeah, it felt solid. I was surprised I missed 460; I think I just got too far forward on it. I didn't re-take it because I figured there's always next time, and I don't want to mess with steady progress. I missed 445 six weeks ago, so focusing on getting stronger without always needing to test my max really helped.

^^^ Wtf?? I'm sure you can have a non-confrontational talk with the guy and ask him to respect your training just like you would his(regardless of how asinine it is).

This shit boggles my mind. If someone does something silly in the gym I'm at now, I'll just ask them to leave.

Oh, also, there's a rare video of my benching in my log from yesterday. It's a "heavy" single I worked up to real quick. It's TNG but I lose a lot of tightness. Given that I am not a bencher, I'd appreciate your input. We'll call it paying it forward in case you ever want to snatch.
