Thanks man. For most people, adding 5 lbs. on their bench after Smolov Jr. would be a disappointment, but for me, that sort of progress in under one month is pretty fantastic.

by the way, could you check my seated GM form? i moved my legs in front of me to eliminate any leg drive and i tried going as low as i can without the bar rolling forward. Thanks in advance.

lol, thanks. My unwrapped squat is starting to feel more comfortable! My goal is to run the base cycle of Smolov three times before my April meet and see how it affects my squat. So far, I feel great on it, but I'm not pushing the progression too hard. I'm going to work into it slowly.

All squats were beltless and wrapless. Adductor is really cranky right now, but I'm going to try to get through the program and then maybe rest it for a week.

Yep. I'll take what I can get. Even ten pounds in a year is great progress for me on my bench press.

It's happened over time; it just feels natural to me, and I feel strongest with it. I used to squat with a normal stance, but again, I moved it in little by little over time and felt better with it each time I modified it.

lol, yes, it changed very quickly. I love subscribers, but I also realize that the more subscribers I have, the less likely it is that I can respond to everyone.

One of my subscribers knows him, and I think he plugged my channel somewhere just to see how many new subscribers I'd get.
 
Hey Keo ive been using a really wide grip on my squats lately and I have noticed I am developing what I think is bicep tendonitis in both arms. Not sure what the cause of this is sense I am using high bar, any idea? I thought it was the pressing movements that was the cause but it really flares up on squats.
