My body odor smells fruity right now. God damn I've eaten so many apples in the last couple week I'm not going to have to see a doctor for years (an apple a day you know...). I've all but given up grains you see, but I still have the urge to snack, only now rather than go to the kitchen and grab a cookie or a bowl of cereal I eat a couple apples. This equates to like 5+ apples a day. Pink lady apples are my favorite. I suppose if I went out and grabbed some broccoli or a handfull of spinach I could do even better as far a nutrient density is concerned, but who wants their Body odor to smell like spinach and cruciferous vegetables? Not me that's who. It's a funny thing when you make a simple substitution in your diet like that.
