Judo and Wrestling are literally on the two extremities as philosophy:

Judo is the art of the little guy, beating the bigger guy by using his own inertia.
Absorbing and redirecting Force.

Wrestling is the art of dominating physically.
Force vs Force.

And Ronda Rousey is the proof that even some described otherwise also learned BJJ. Anyone complementing BJJ with other forms of grappling is doing it because of throws or takedowns. Not submission.
