I didn't pay attention to the trial, but that's besides the issue.
What proof of any kind did she have? This case was laughed out of court.
well she did bring up those ballots that were an inch too small, even though they were still perfectly lawful ballots, and she tried to make the argument that those votes werent counted. that was her entire day one argument. and it got put to bed by one of their own people they brought in as a witness!
her own cyber expert she brought in, Clay Parikh - a speaker at Mike Lindell events (hows that for credibility?) - made an oopsie on the stand while being cross examined and he ended up destroying their own argument that kari lake was trying to make after he had a slip of the tongue and accidentilly admitted that those ballots were still counted.
after being asked whether or not those ballots were still counted, he started spewing poppycock and tried to dance his way out of answering that simple yes or no question 3 times in a row. and then the judge bitch slapped him, he even told the judge that he was unable to answer the question. and then he got asked the same question again and he got mad and accidentilly answered it! it turned out that he was able to answer the question all along. he just didn't want to answer the question because the answer destroys kari lake's entire argument! oopsies!
i guess kari lake won't be bringing this guy to court with her the next time she loses an election! next time they need to bring in better yes-men who wont answer any questions when their testimony comes under scrutiny in court! i dont know how they ever expect to win any legal cases like that, but at least they won't be committing friendly-fire on their entire legal team!
the next day they brought in one of the managers of the cyber ninjas, and some online pollster and survey dude who has an "F" rating by FiveThirtyEight, which was even brought up in front of the judge during court. and they gave some wackadoodle testimony about the chain of custody issues that kari lake's attorneys were trying to argue. it quickly got put to bed as well by other witnesses, poll workers and company managers that were brought in to be questioned. it all turned out to be hypothetical nonsense and hearsay. no evidence of any crime.
during the whole trial, kari lake's attorneys were looking like they were just interested in snagging a paycheck while her witnesses she brought in were bumbling around looking like they were trying to read off of a script. there didnt seem to be any authenticity resonating out of any one of the witnesses who were testifying. it reeked as if somebody else has told these witnesses what they were supposed to have witnessed, and what they were supposed to say during testimony. and the more questions they werea asked, the more they would unravel.
kari lake had to have known she was fucked and her entire case was over after katie hobbs' attorney washed his hands of clay parikh though. even though all the rest of these mike lindell and cyber ninja NPC's that kari lake dragged out of the GOP clown car and brought to the stand didn't help her case at all either when their testimony came under scrutiny.
there's your kari lake trial in a nutshell right there. nothing more. nothing less. but a whole lotta nothing, and we're still waiting on that evidence, and all of the kraken to be released.
